A John Green Collection

Happy Wednesday guys, today I thought I'd share a book love since it's been a while.
The John Green collection. If for some reason you don't know who John Green is, he is the amazing author of 'The Fault in Our Stars' (which I'm sure hope you've seen at least) and also is a Youtuber along with his brother Hank Green.
His books are mainly aimed for young adults, so teenagers and the young 20s I'd say but honestly if anyone is just after a heart felt easy read then I'd say try one of John Green's books.
So far I've read 5 of the 6 and only have 'Let It Snow' left in the series which I am saving for winter so it's more appropriate :)

Each book has a different plot but all of them have the similarity of the main characters being a teenager so feelings and characters can easily be relatable since we've all been a teen, been a rebel at some point and had a teenage crush and maybe even been in love in that young age.

The Fault in Our Stars is one I'd definitely recommend reading the most if I had to only recommend one and it's not only because it's the most known one due to the film but also the book and the story is just so heart wrenching and heart warming at the same time and it will really move you and make you reflect and cherish life more.

And if you haven't heard it yet, another of John's book has been made into a film again. The 'Paper Towns' book is soon to come on screen with the lovely Cara Delevingne as one of the main characters. So let's all be excited for that :)

Have you read any of John Green's books? Have you seen TFIOS yet?
Let me know in the comments, I always love reading your comments :)

Thanks for reading lovelies and have a good week xo

  2. Hi!

I've read TFIOS, Will Grayson, Will Grayson & Paper Towns- and although they're aimed at younger readers, I loved them! The characters are great.

I think my next John Green read will be Looking for Alaska.

    Great post :)

  3. Happy Wednesday to you too! John Green is such a beautiful author, I know a lot of grown adults who read his books, I love when authors can connect with such a wide and diverse audience, like JK Rowling. TFIOS is one of my favourite books!

  5. I love your blog so nice and interesting mix of posts too. I am currently reading "Looking for Alaska" I like it so far I should try and read it more often I am a terrible slow reader! You say the Fault in Our Stars is heart warming but I saw the film and I found it so sad I was sad for days after too, I couldn't bare reading it, but I guess the message is heart warming.
I would love it if we could follow each other on Google Friend Connect, Bloglovin, Instagram and Lookbook?
